TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions
The International AICR Presidium (“Presidium”), which is being held on the January 18-22, 2012 in Prague, Czech Republic, is organised by the Czech section of AICR, Amicale Czech (“Organiser”).
All bookings shall be made on the official order on-line form prepared by the Organiser. All Presidium registration fees (“Fee”) should be paid directly to the Organiser.
Participants can take advantage of booking “Early Bird” package which is valid only till October 31st, 2011. Only Participants who submit their payment not later than October 31st, 2011 are entitled to the “Early Bird” Fee, all payments submitted after this date will be limited to “Full Package”.
All Full Package bookings must be made and paid no later than on December 15th, 2011. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability, accommodation at venue and/or negotiated rates after this deadline.

Registration and Payment
The mode of payment is by bank transfer, preferably by SEPA Credit Transfer / Cross-border Transfer in EUR. Please refer to the payment instructions on the confirmation letter received after on-line registration and on the webpage of the Organiser at http://www.aicr.cz/presidium.

Bank fees are not covered by the package Fee, the Participant is responsible for submitting amount in such mode, so that the Organiser is credited the full Fee amount to his account. All the prices are stated and the payment currency is Euro (EUR).
At the end of the registration and upon receipt of the Fee, you will be sent a confirmation of your total payment by e-mail. The final receipt will be sent to the Participant with the confirmation or handed over at the venue, this upon Participant’s decision and requirement.

Cancellation/substitute
Cancellation of participation must be made in written form and must be sent by e-mail to our primary contact info@aicr.cz. A cancellation is not valid without confirmation of receipt by the Organiser. In case of cancellation the Organiser reserves the right to deduct the costs related to reservation and cancellation processing up to 10% of the Fee for cancellations received till November 18th, 2011; cancellations made till December 18th, 2011 are subject to 20% cancellation fee; cancellations made till January 8th, 2012 will incur a charge of 50% of The Fee. All cancellations after this date will be charged at the full participation cost.
If you cannot attend, we will accept a stand-in replacement for you at no extra charge.

Presidium Venue/Accommodation
The Presidium is held at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The Organiser has secured a special rate for Presidium attendants at the hotel. Hotel registration is handled together with the registration for the Presidium only for stays within the terms of the Presidium. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation for extra nights at their discretion. Please, do not hesitate to contact the Organiser in case you wish to arrive earlier or depart later. The Organiser will endeavour to assist you if extra accommodation will be required.

Liability/Insurance & Force Majeure
The Organiser cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from the Presidium and its related services which includes transportation, events and tours. Participants are strongly advised to arrange adequate personal insurance, prior to travelling.
Should the Presidium be cancelled, curtailed or adversely affected by any cause not within the reasonable control of the Organiser including but not limited to war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lockout, civil disturbance, Act of God, or non-availability of the venue for any reason, the Organiser shall be under no obligation to refund all or part of the Fee paid by the Participant and shall be under no liability to the Participant or any other person in respect of any actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses (including consequential losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the Participant as the result thereof.

* The Organiser reserves the right to amend any part of the Presidium programme or arrangements, if necessary.

* All information supplied by the participants, including the names of individuals, will be used only for the purposes of the Presidium as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 101/2000 Sb.
