Individual arrivals of all David Campbell Trophy finalists, Section Presidents, members of the Jury and all others joining the 4-day package in Prague.
Individual check-in at our official Presidium hotel – the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.
15:00 - 18:00 Finalists session with the David Campbell Trophy organisers in a meeting room
19:00 Dinner at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague for the finalists, section presidents, intl. committee and DCT organisers

Thursday, January 19th 2012
9:00 - 16:00 Finals of the David Campbell Trophy “Receptionist of the Year 2012” competition, Clarion Congress Hotel Prague
Individual arrivals of all Presidium participants joining the 3-day package in Prague.
Individual check-in at our official Presidium hotel – the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.
19:00 Transfer to the Municipal House
19.30 - 23:00 Get-together dinner for all AICR Presidium participants held at the Pilsen Restaurant of the Municipal House with unlimited beer consumption!
(one of the most famous typical Czech pubs and venues in Prague, live traditional pub music)
23:00 Bus transfer back to the hotel
Cash bar open for amicalement all night long
Dress Code: Casual - jeans, pullover allowed and welcome
Friday, January 20th 2012
9:00-13:30 Presidium meeting at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague
Morning at leisure for all the others
Optional morning tour – Jewish Prague sightseeing tour – not included in the package,

13:00 (13:30) Bus transfer to Karlstejn
15:00 - 17:00 Visit to Karlstejn Castle – opened exclusively to accommodate our excursion!!!
(one of the most famous castles in Europe, normally closed during the winter period)
18:00 - 22:00 Informal dinner at the traditional restaurant Eliska
in the Karlstejn Castle surrounds (historical program, surprise visit of…, typical Czech cuisine, live music)
22:00 Bus transfer back to the hotel

Saturday, January 21st 2012
9:00 - 12:00 AICR General Assembly meeting for all members at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague
Dress Code: Business Attire
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague
13:00 Bus transfer to Prague Castle
13:30 - 17:00 Prague sightseeing tour/walk
(a walk from Prague Castle across the Charles Bridge on to the Old Town Square – the most famous history sites in Prague and also in Europe!!!)
17:00 Bus transfer back to the hotel
17:30 - 19:30 At leisure
19:30 - 23:30 Gala dinner and David Campbell Trophy Award Ceremony
(Presidium meeting closing ceremony)
Dress Code: Black Tie
